    Team Manager, Special Educational Needs

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to manage a special educational needs team based in Hillingdon on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £38 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the team manager:
    - To co-ordinate and manage statutory parent support services to Residents with children who have special educational needs and or disabilities
    - Provide bespoke training packages/seminars to parent forum, school staff, voluntary groups and LA officers as required
    - Work in partnership with voluntary organisation nationally and locally to ensure Hillingdon families have access to the broadest possible resources to support their needs

    Requirements of the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
