    Description

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Windsor and Maidenhead for a team manager to work within a MASH team. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £49,050 - £56,812 per annum.

    Duties:
    - To quality assure operational practices to ensure that the service is managed in a safe responsive and effective manner
    - Manage the volume and range of needs being referred to MASH
    - Provide a service which will: give prompt resolution; signpost to alternative services and/or offer advice and guidance; refer cases to the relevant team in a timely way ensuring statutory compliance; ensure effective information sharing on cases.
    - Provide a proportional response to contacts and referrals, adding value by maximising the impact of shared intelligence and information sharing, wherever appropriate.
    - To actively support, encourage and facilitate the development of a multi-agency response to maximise the available skills, experience and intelligence offered by all co-located members and partners.
    - To manage the analytical function of the MASH, to develop strategic analysis, identifying trends and vulnerable cohorts.

    Requirements for the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant experience within a similar role within children's services
