Team Manager, MASH

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work full time within a mash team based in Grays. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the team manager:
- Managing a multi-disciplinary social work team
- Ensuring a high quality, high performing and effective social work service is delivered to respond to the needs of children, young people and families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines, policies and standards
- Providing high-level professional support to front line Social Work staff and the Advanced SW Practitioners/Deputy Team Managers.

Requirements of the team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Must have experience of working within a MASH team
