    Are you passionate about developing your social work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to manage a Looked After Children Team based in Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £39.07 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.

    The successful candidate will provide leadership and management to a team that undertakes court work and has statutory responsibility for care planning for children and young people in care. The Team Manager is responsible for the supervision of staff, case work management and ensuring that quality of practice.

    Requirements of the Team Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within social services
    - Preferably a car driver
    - Must have leadership skills as you will manage a team of qualified social workers and support staff in a multiagency setting to ensure that the statutory needs of children for support and protection are met through the delivery of high quality services
