    Team Manager, Learning Disabilities
    £38 per hour

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work full time within a learning disabilities team based in London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £38 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the team manager:
    - Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive, consistent, timely, quality and cost-effective crisis intervention, safeguarding and social work services to adults, their carers and their families, in accordance with the legislative and regulatory framework
    - Provide professional guidance on complex casework
    - Provide a high-quality practice framework, underpinned by theory and the best evidence, within which social workers can work effectively

    Requirements of the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant experience within adult services
    - Learning disabilities experience
