    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work based in Paisley.

    The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an on-going contract.

    About the job:
    - You will be required to support the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager to lead, develop and manage Care at Home services.
    - Responsible for the monitoring of locality based services and ensuring effective arrangements are in place for service users and that there is effective monitoring of budgets, standards, systems and processes across all services provided.
    - You will ensure that Care at Home services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and national care standards and collaborate with partner agencies and stakeholders in Renfrewshire to develop and deliver improved service user outcomes.
    - It is essential that you have a proven record of staff management including excellent direction, organisational and people management skills (including the management of change, staff management and supervision).
    - Evidence of skill and experience in challenging existing ways of working and promoting and leading improved practice as part of wider service improvement is also essential.
    - It is essential that you have demonstrable experience at a management level in a social care or health setting together with a strong understanding of all aspects of adult and older people services, the issues impacting these services and service integration delivery models. You will also possess a strong focus on service user and carer involvement in the delivery and development of services.

    Requirements of the Team Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
    - You will need to have at least 2 years relevant experience
