    Permanent | London borough of Waltham Forest | Package from £50,544 - £53,445 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Walthan Forest for a team manager to work within a corporate parenting team . As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £50,544 - £53,445 per annum.

    The duties for the team manager job include:
    - Ensuring that the team meets statutory requirements in respect of children in need, child protection, children looked after and care leavers
    - Managing performance and quality assurance, resources and budgets (in collaboration with other key stakeholders)
    - Assure professional standard of case management and the effective management of risk within the service area.
    - Prepare and present a full range of reports (both standard and non-standard) covering area of responsibility

    Requirements for the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
