Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to manage a children with disabilities team based in Dereham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

-Managing a Social Work front line team
- Handle a budget that consist of purchasing services for Children and their families such as direct payments and commission services to support children to live at home
- Sit on various panels both in-house and key partners
- Support the Deputy Team Managers and Social Workers regarding Child Protection Cases
- Chair Strategy Meetings
- Advise of Child protection re; CWD
- Manage Social work practice and any issues of capability
- Advise various agencies on issues of children with disabilities
- Chair short breaks panel
- Chair virtual transition team meeting
- Chair Child in need reviews
- Assist with Operational Polices

Requirements of the team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
