Team Manager, Children's Frontline Assessment

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work full time within a children's frontline assessment team based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3-month contract.

Requirements of the team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Must have current experience in either child protection, children in care and children in need
- Must be experienced in the field of statutory children's social work
- Need to be able to process work in a timely manner ensuring that children are safeguarded
