    Permanent | Woking| Package from £44,229 - £48,395 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Surrey for a social worker to work within a child protection and court team. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £44,229 - £48,395 per annum.

    As a team manager you will support the Service manager in managing a team of social workers and family support workers and you will be the voice between management and social workers. You will line manage social workers which will include, supervision, case management, management of risk, performance management and supporting social workers to develop further and progress. An essential part of your role will be to balance supporting social workers in their roles, whilst also promoting and implementing the organisational goals and targets

    Requirements of the social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - An enhanced DBS 'Disclosure and Barring Service' check for regulated activity (formerly known as CRB) and the Children's and Adults' Barred List checks will be required for this role.
