Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to work full-time within an Assessment and Review Team based in Swindon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £46,179 - £50,000 per annum on a Permanent contract.

Being an inspiring leader, you will want to ensure that all staff are valued, well led, motivated and developed through learning opportunities that enhance their professional practice within the services aims and objectives.
You will be supported by a Service Manager and benefit from working alongside the Senior Leadership team, including Swindon's Head of Social Work, to ensure compliance with the Statutory Framework for all adult services. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, through ownership of performance and maintaining quality assurance systems for the services - working with us to embed a strengths-based approach into all areas of our practice.

Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services
