Team Manager, Adults Team

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to manage an adults team in Waltham Forest on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the team manager:
- Leading, directing, and developing the functions and operational management of a community service that are at different stages of planning for/ or achieving integration with health.
- Operationally manage a portfolio of health and social care services ensuring high quality, value for money services are delivered in accordance with key performance standards and contractual requirements.
- Managing and developing an innovative and creative service through personalisation which delivers choice and independence to residents.

Requirements of the team manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience with adult services
