Team Manager, Adults Assessment and Care Management

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work full time within an adults assessment and care management team based in Newham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £38 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the team manager:
- Leading and managing a team of qualified and non-qualified staff in the delivery of high quality assessment, support planning, brokerage, review and enablement services
- Providing direct line management to senior practitioners and senior enablers and to hold professional responsibility for qualified and non-qualified staff providing services to adults to safeguard and promote their welfare
- manage and use financial and performance information

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
