    Are you looking for a new social work role?

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Christchurch, Hampshirefor a Supervising Social Worker. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

    Purpose of the role:
    - To contribute to the effective day to day practice of the Fostering Service.
    - Recruit, assess, train and support foster carers, working in partnership with other team members in order to provide a high quality and safe service for our foster families and the children/young people they look after.
    - Promote great outcomes for all children and young people looked after by Capstone Foster Care.
    - Actively engage in and uphold the values of the agency


    Requirements of the Supervising Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Knowledge of the UK Fostering regulations and standards
