Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Strengthening Families Partnership Manager to work in Wolverhampton.

The pay rate for this job is £25.67 - £39.07 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract. The standard working week shall remain at 37 hours where hours worked are not in excess of 37 hours

Job Purpose:
- To provide effective leadership that supports the objective of keeping families safely together through working with all those involved in delivering services to families
- To promote early intervention and prevention to key stakeholders as an effective method of preventing need from escalating
- Ensure that service delivery is aligned to service needs within defined geographical areas through the use of robust intelligence
- Be responsible for ensuring service delivery is achieving sustained outcomes for families and having a measurable positive impact
- Undertake direct management responsibilities within the Children and Young People Service as required
- Plan and deliver the children's centre offer in line with statutory requirements including leading on associated inspection events
- Have a city wide responsibility for a key priority area of Early Intervention and Prevention work
