    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full time within a Specialist Services Team based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Must be a car driver
    - Knowledge of legal framework/legislation
    - Knowledge in child protection procedures
    - Understanding and attending multi agency meetings

    - Assessing the needs of children, young people and their families
    - Analysing information and with the needs of the child as central
    - Developing and implementing care plan and effective intervention that will ensure the child's safety, well-being and development into adulthood, in line with policy and legislation and professional codes of practice.
