Are you looking for a new social work role?

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within an childrens rapid response team based in Woolwich. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £29 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

Duties include:
- Liaising with a team of social workers and case coordinators
- Undertaking assessments
- Participating in team meetings
- Arranging and implementing care plans
- Facilitate discharged from A&E and CDU
- Arranging urgent support and intervention to a client in a community to avoid hospital admissions


Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant level frontline experience within adult services
- Must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role
- This post requires social worker to work on a shift pattern from 8 to 8 and it is a 7 days team.
