    Social Worker, POD Team
    Permanent | Windsor and Maidenhead | Package of £34,409- £41,630 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a vacancy for a social worker to work as part of a POD team in Windsor and Maidenhead on a full time basis. As the post holder of this role you will receive a competitive package of £34,409- £41,630 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the social worker:
    - Assessing needs and planning and delivering appropriate responses
    - Working in partnership with colleagues from other agencies to deliver accessible and effective services
    - Monitoring and supervising the wellbeing of service users according to statutory and departmental guidelines
    - Ensuring that all work with children, families and young people promotes positive relationships and meets the requirements of the Corporate Plan, our Service Plan, and Team Plans as well as the values of Brighton and Hover City Council and relationship based practices

    Requirements of the social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work and current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Evidence of effective multi-disciplinary service delivery to children in need and their families
