    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Hillingdon within an Older Adults Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.

    About the job:
    - The post holder is responsible for the management of project/task and finish groups within project management responsibilities. They will be required to co-ordinate and lead working groups and facilitate workshops/meetings including staff of all levels and engage at a senior level with key stakeholders across health and social care to promote and engage them in the application and use of Connect to Support web portal to transform ways of working.
    - Ensure residents are aware of the site and use it to enable them to make informed choices about their care and support.
    - Enable effective engagement with private and voluntary sector providers to register and promote their services through the site.
    - Develop the online pathway for adult social care.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services.
    - Must be a car driver with access to own transport.
    - Experiencing of shaping, planning and implementing changes through a structure project management approach Understanding of adult social care pathway Awareness of recent changes to legislation specifically the Care Act 2014.
    - Self-motivated with the ability to shape a work programme under overall objectives and engage others to deliver Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and make clear recommendations.
