    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within a Learning Disabilities Team based in Trafford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £26.88 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
    - You will need to have at least 2 years relevant experience

    We are looking for skilled and highly motivated social workers to work within a busy, challenging and stimulating team, in return you will receive regular supervision and training opportunities in a supportive environment.

    You will take responsibility for promoting the rights of people with a learning disability which includes protecting vulnerable adults from harm, carrying out safeguarding enquiries to secure safe and person-centred outcomes for people.
    Additionally, you will work with younger disabled adults to support people through transition into adult services.
