Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full time within an Integrated Adults Community Care Team based in Guernsey. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Adult's Services and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is £31,531 to £42,715 per annum.

Duties:
- Provide a high-quality research-based casework service to service users.
- Consultation, support, specialist advice and joint working within the integrated services to deliver person centred care and support.
- Provide training, consultation and supervision as delegated by the Senior Practitioner for less experienced Social Workers, Support Workers and Student Social Workers.
- You will be based within an identified team, acting in an advisory capacity to members of the multidisciplinary team on social care issues relating to adults, educating or acting as a mentor as appropriate.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult's Services
