Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within a hospital discharge team based in Hull. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

- To work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality social work practice.
- Undertaking individual/and or joint assessments, the post holder will identify and promote steps forward and solutions that build on people's strengths and abilities focusing on their resilience, personal knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Provide support, supervision and guidance within the team, mentoring/coaching newly qualified staff and working collaboratively with other professions e.g. Occupational Therapy, Nursing, and Physiotherapy

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
