    Are you interesting in developing your social work carer?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within a Fostering Team based in South Gloucestershire.

    The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £35 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    - Undertaking Fostering and SGO Assessments
    - Supporting Kinship and Private Fostering arrangements
    - Undertaking Annual Reviews with foster carers
    - Providing each approved foster carer information and advice to enable him or her to provide consistent, high quality care for each child or young person placed
    - Attending meetings regarding foster carers or looked after children as appropriate
    - Maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive case record for each foster carer
    - Providing all potential and approved foster carers with a required training and development programme

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - 2 Years post qualified experience with background experience in Fostering
    - Must be a car driver
