Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within a community mental health team in Enniskillen. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £17 - £17.50 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

- To maintain live professional registration with NISCC
- To perform all duties in keeping with the Northern Ireland Social Care Councils Code of Practice for Social Care Workers.
- To proactively manage a caseload in keeping with WHSCT policy, procedures, and guidelines
- To act as keyworker, or care manager in keeping with individual client needs in accordance with associated guidelines and standards.
- To carry out individual (person-centred) assessments, develop care plans, and ensure regular monitoring and review in keeping with assessed individual needs and associated operational standards.
- To ensure that carers' assessments are offered in the context of a holistic approach to meeting need and encourage the uptake and review of those assessments on an annual basis or as required.

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current NISCC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within mental health
