Social Worker, Children and Young People's Targeted Service

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within a children and young people's targeted service based in Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £25.02 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Social Worker duties include:
- To ensure that children, young people, their families and other carers are given advice/information on how to complain/make representation about the service they have received
- Maintain appropriate records of work undertaken and carry out required administrative procedures utilising such information technology as required by the Division
- To be responsible for effective time management and be able to respond flexibly to the needs of the service.

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
