Are you looking for a new social work role in Newham?

Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent vacancy in Newham for a social worker to work within an adults assessment and care management team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this role is £31,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the social worker:
- To work with health colleagues with minimal supervision in GP Surgery and provide a high standard of social work to promote patients independent living in the community.
- To integrate information and resources from other professionals and family members when undertaking holistic assessments and interventions
- Must be committed to your own continuous professional development and learning
- To integrate systemic practice and strength-based approaches into your work
- To work cooperatively and constructively and thrive in a complex environment

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years social work experience
- You must have experience of providing Social Work support as per the Care Act 2014
