    Approved Mental Health Professional/Social Worker
    £30 per hour

    Sanctuary Social Care is looking to recruit a compassionate and reliable approved mental health professional/social worker to work in Shropshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum approved mental health/social worker job is £30 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the approved mental health professional/social worker:
    - Carry out duties relating to the local authority statutory requirements under the care act (2014) and mental health act (2007) and mental capacity act (2005)
    - Manage a caseload of people with complex mental health needs
    - Deliver interventions to individuals and carers as part of an integrated team and in partnership with health colleagues
    - Undertake approved mental health practitioner duties

    Requirements of the approved mental health professional/social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
