    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full time within Social Work Adults Team based in Harlow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £207 per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services .
    - Experience within a social care setting with evidence of challenging social and family situations
    - Strong communication skills and an ability to develop a rapport and engage with diverse groups of individuals.
    - Developing strong relationships with partners, other agencies and the local community to achieve joint objectives and offer a supportive framework for children and vulnerable adults.
    - Understand the financial implications of care packages commissioned.
    - Evidence of clear decision making in order to highlight and limit the potential risks associated with intervention.
