Are you passionate about developing your social work career?

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within an adults project based in Hounslow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 1-month contract.

The role requires that the interested candidates are able to confidently use the local authority Adult Social Care database; for which training will be provided.
- To work autonomously as appropriate, undertaking tasks as directed by the project team manager, within the required timeframes
- An understanding of Direct Payments is also important as this will be an alternative option given.

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
- Driver would be preferred
- At least 2 years post qualifying experience with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and computer)
- Knowledge of the Care Act including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act 2005
