    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adults Mental Health Team based in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28.22 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    - Experienced social worker required in Adult Mental Health on the frontline of services in partnership with Health Trust, GP Practices and the voluntary sector.
    - Objectives are to stem escalation to Secondary levels of care.
    - This will involve carrying out Care Act assessments, responding to Safeguarding concerns and assessing capacity in line with Mental Capacity Act.
    - There is also a requirement to provide duty cover on a rota basis.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Recent UK Social Work experience required.
