Social Worker, Adults MASH

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within an adults MASH team based in Camden. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £28 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the social worker:
- Providing a professional social work service to adults their families and carers in line with the requirements of the Care Act
- Engage with individuals, families, groups and communities to assess and intervene, and using professional judgement
- Assisting individuals, carers and families to develop support plans to meet the outcomes identified, using an asset based approach and family, friends and community options where appropriate and eligible needs are identified.

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant experience within adult services
