    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to work full time within a locality team based in Dorset. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum team manager job is £27.95 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 6-month contract.

    The role includes:
    -Carrying out a range of high quality assessments, re-assessments including mental Capacity Act assessments, need assessments, risk assessments
    -Building relationships with service, families and carers to empower them and achieve best outcomes
    -Promoting co-operation and effective working relationships between professional colleagues and agencies
    -Working in line with legislation such as the care act 2014
    -Carrying out safeguarding investigations
    -Participating in duty arrangements

    Requirements of the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience with children's services
