    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within an Adults Learning Disabilities Team based in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent).

    The candidate needs to have community experience in working with people with a learning disability and have a social work qualification.
    - Identifying the needs of clients and mobilising available resources
    - Working in line with legislation such as the care act 2014
    - Building relationships with service, families and carers to empower them and achieve best outcomes
    - Planning care and support for service users, families and carers
    - Ensuring care plans include clear statements of agreed aims for each service/resource to be provided
    - Implementing care plans once agreements have been reached

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
