    Description

    Are you interesting in developing your Social Work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full time within an Adults Team based in Bromley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Duties:
    - Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding (SA) and Best Interest Decisions when required
    - Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with eligibility criteria, ensuring the ethos of supporting independence is adhered to.
    - Supervise and support staff as agreed with Line Manager and in line with Council procedures.
    - Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of individual support plans.

    Requirements of the Social Worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant frontline experience within Adult Services.
