    Social Worker, Community Learning Disabilities

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time within a community learning disabilities team based in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £22.25 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and an initial 3 month contract

    You will take responsibility for assessments and identifying where vulnerable adults may be at risk, we are looking for a qualified Social Worker with up-to-date professional expertise and experience in case management and support planning. In addition, it's important you are an organised professional that has extensive current knowledge of all relevant legislation.

    Requirements of the social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
