    Are you interesting in developing your social work career?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated social worker to work full time in an adult assessment team based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum social worker job is £31.05 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-week contract.

    - To assess, monitor and review the social care needs of adults, and their carers in relation to their caring role.
    - To support the planning and arrangements, provision or purchase of appropriate services/care that will meet a person's assessed and eligible needs and the outcomes identified.
    - To work in partnership with users, carers, relatives and other agencies, to identify current and future service requirements and contribute to service development within the scope of the role.

    Requirements of the social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within adult services
