    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to work full-time within a Permanence Team (0-11's) based in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Children Services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £41 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.

    - You will be responsible for children under the age of 11 who have a plan of long-term fostering or adoption. The Under 11s Permanence Team consists of Social Workers, family support workers and admin support. Knowledge of statutory children in care processes, twin-tracking and adoption are essential.
    - Your duties will include supervision of all workers within the team, quality assurance of assessments, plans and Court reports and supporting Social Workers in their day to day duties. You will actively use data to help improve the lives of children in care in Gloucestershire. You will need a keen focus on effective planning of interventions and support to ensure children and young people are kept safe and are able to achieve their full potential.

    Requirements of the Team Manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
    - Current HCPC registration.
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within Children Services
    - The candidate needs to have Team Manager experience and have a social work qualification.
    - Car driver.
