    Team Manager, Assessment and Support Team

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated team manager to work full time within an assessment and support team based in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist
    knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum team manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Requirements of the team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Statutory social work management experience
    - Experience of allocating work and signing off assessments and plans
