    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to work in Bromley on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum independent reviewing officer job is £40 - £42 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    You will promote the development of a quality child care planning D to children of the Borough of Bromley and be responsible for chairing reviews of looked after children and ensure that the voice of the child and young person is reflected in all aspects of the role. You will assist the Group Manager Quality Assurance in the quality assurance and practice improvement of Looked After Children and through monitoring and auditing.

    Requirements of the independent reviewing officer:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
    - Experience of chairing decision making meetings
    - Experience in providing professional advice to colleagues
