    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated assistant team manager to work within a children in need team based in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The salary for this assistant team manager role is £38,622 - £45,438 per annum.

    You will manage the delivery and performance of high-quality social work provision to children and their families across the team, you will be working with the team manager to performance manage staff within the team and use management information and audit findings to identify where team or individual performance is excellent and can be shared with other staff and where performance can be improved.

    Requirements of the assistant team manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
