    Social Services Occupational Therapist

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated social services occupational therapist to fill a full-time role in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of occupational therapy and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum occupational therapist job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the occupational therapist:
    - Conducting community assessments
    - Assessing for adaptations to patient's homes, including stair lifts and showers
    - asses and provide aids and adaptations to promote independence and reduce admissions
    - Manage own caseload some of which may be complex

    Requirements of the occupational therapist:
    - Degree or equivalent within occupational therapies
    - HCPC registered as an occupational therapist
    - Recent post qualifying experience working as an occupational therapist
    - Car driver with access to a car
