    Description

    Sanctuary Executive currently has a vacancy based in Cambridge for a Service Manager to work within a MASH Team in Barking, Dagenham. As the post holder of this role, the salary will be £46,578 - £50,442 per annum Plus £5k welcome allowance and £15000 retention allowance paid on 3rd year.

    About the job:
    - Taking a leading role with the Head of Service in the continuous improvement of services based on effective analysis of risk and performance outcome measures and in consultation with users, and carers, as well as with other commissioners and providers
    - Overseeing the work of staff from other disciplines and agencies as part of delivering multi-disciplinary services
    - Ensuring all staff and MASH managers receive regular, high quality, challenging and reflective supervisions and performance appraisal according to departmental and council policy and guidance
    - Attending, organizing and chairing meetings as appropriate and as requested, within the department and with other agencies

    Requirements:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services.
    - A minimum of 3 years senior management experience
