Service Manager

Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated service manager to fill a full time role within a children's services team based in Clackmannanshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the SSSC.

The pay rate for this locum service manager job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3-month contract.

To build on positive relationships with external service providers, creating an environment for dynamic conversations about the changing commissioning practices required to proactively reduce vulnerability, meet need and manage risk in our communities.

To develop and support a culture of innovation so that individual services are flexible, adaptable, multi-agency and person-focused, and the whole organisation learns from its mistakes, shares knowledge about what works, challenges existing practice and develops new models of service delivery

To provide the professional overview and line of sight for all social services across the organisation and partnerships, ensuring good governance and the integrity of the services.

Requirements of the service manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current SSSC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
