    Service Manager, Children's Team
    Permanent | Surrey | Package of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Surrey for a service manager to work within a children's team. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the service manager:
    - Leading recruitment for potential foster carers, formulating and implementing strategies for marketing
    - Responsibility for foster carers and staff training and development programme
    - Ensuring records of staff, foster carers and children/young people are up-to-date

    Requirements of the service manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
