    Service Manager, Children's Services

    Sanctuary Social Care has a permanent job opportunity for a service manager to work full time within children's services for a private client based in East Lothian

    The salary for this permanent service manager job is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

    Service manager duties include:
    - Ensuring our vision of delivering individual and personalised services becomes reality both in principle and in practice
    - Leading, managing, supporting and working alongside Team Facilitators to monitor the quality of individual service designs, robust support strategies, specifically chosen and matched support teams and individual budget
    - Ensuring the appropriate support system is in place locally for those people who require a corporate appointee service

    Requirements of the service manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current SSSC registration
    - Significant experience as a service manager within a children's service
    - An in-depth understanding of the Self Directed Support Act and its principles.
