    Service Manager, Child Protection Assessment Team
    Permanent | London Borough of Redbridge | Package of £51,594 - £54,945 per annum

    Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Redbridge for a service manager to work within a child protection assessment team. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive package of £51,594 - £54,945 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the service manager:
    - To be responsible for the management and development of services to children and their families
    - To manage budgets effectively, ensuring that those budgets for which the post is accountable are not exceeded, taking corrective action where necessary and ensuring the early reporting of overspends
    - Ensuring that the statistics/performance indicators are monitored in terms of CRC performance, routinely shared with line managers and used to inform activity and effectiveness of work teams
    - To promote the diversity of the workforce and ensure that equality of opportunity is promoted

    Requirements of the service manager:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
