    Are you looking for a new unqualified role in social services?

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a senior youth development worker to work in Southwark on a full time basis.

    The pay rate for this role is £16.50 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the senior youth development worker:
    - To manage and lead staff
    - To manage and oversee the delivery of youth services in the centres
    - To ensure the smooth running of service delivery in the centres
    - To implement policies and procedures
    - To plan, organise and deliver work shops and activities to young people.

    Requirements of the senior youth development worker:
    - Ideally Previous management experience
