    Senior Social Worker, Locality

    Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated senior social worker to work full time within a locality team based in Brent. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum senior social worker job is £31.13 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the senior social worker:
    - Ensuring effective frontline service delivery and safe functioning
    - Meeting the business' objectives authority's statutory responsibilities such as safeguarding and child protection
    - Supporting junior staff such as NQSW's with day to day direction
    - Ensuring that children are being effectively safeguarding and protected.

    Requirements of the senior social worker:
    - Degree or equivalent in social work
    - Current HCPC registration
    - Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
