Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Leatherhead for a Senior Social Worker to work full time within a Child Sexual Exploitation Service. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £39,270 - £43,150 per annum.

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services

Responsibilities of the Senior Social Worker:
- You will hold a small caseload of children at risk of CSE.
- This role will also involve liaising with a range of external and internal partner agencies, including more senior levels.
- You will take on responsibility for supervision of non-professionally qualified staff, particularly the Senior Family Support Worker (CSE) following appropriate training on staff supervision and assessment of competence, and mentor newly qualified social workers.
- You will receive regular reflective supervision, access to a comprehensive training programme and guidance from a supportive management team.
- You will ensure a positive, high profile for Surrey Children's Services in its dealings with the public, users and carers and external agencies is maintained.
