Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy based in Hertfordshire for a senior practitioner to fill a role within a joint police service. As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,106 - £38,052 per annum.

We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic workers who have the experience and drive necessary to meet the rewarding challenges of this role.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will already have highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice. Your advanced expertise and knowledge will help you to take the lead on the most complex cases within the department.

Requirements of the senior practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
- Must have strong written and verbal skills as you will need to prepare and deliver care proceedings to conferences and court hearings
- Must have experience of case work in Assessments, Child Protection, Children Looked After and Care Proceedings
